Am I crazy? What's the largest handgun you CC??

IMG_0639.jpg

This 4" N frame carries well enough, and conceals easily under a light jacket, but a J frame sure feels a lot better to me.

Who is the maker of this holster?

When hunting I CC under my coat a Ruger Blackhawk 44 mag with a 7 1/2" barrel. You must CC in New York State unless you have a special permit.

Allright, I am getting a 627 with a 5" barrel. I understand that a 4" N-Frame is on the big end of sane carry guns :)

But I am thinking the gun would carry and hide fairly well with one of these: Galco holsters; Holsters; Gun holster, pistol holsters, western holsters, shoulder holsters, leather holster and Glock holsters

I currently carry a fullsize M&P9. . .. sometimes a PM9 Kahr, but rarely

Sir,
I don't see a thing wrong with your picks...I like the handgun as well as the leather.

I carry a 5" N frame when CCin' once in awhile myself.

Su Amigo,
Dave

What Dave ain't tellin' you is he sometimes goes bear huntin' with a switch too!!:D;)

When we carried revolvers at work I carried my duty revolver, a 4" Security Six, fairly regularly, in the summer I often used a 2 3/4" Speed Six though.

In the winter time, I can carry a 1911, Ruger P95, Ruger P97 and Beretta 92FS in a shoulder rig under a sweat shirt or "hoodie" jacket.

Every day I carry a J frame snubbie in my pants pocket.
