Frank,
Kramer Leather's Horsehide belt is the best I have ever owned. The Beltman's Horsehide is almost as good at half the price. Kramer's holsters are also top notch, although a little pricey. Lobo (on this site) will make you anything you want. I have never purchased a Lobo holster, but everybody here says they are excellent and affordable - so you could give him a call. I hear Ray is a real good guy too.
Dump Pouches are still being made.
As far as IWB N frame carry is concerned, I hope you have pants larger than your actual waist size. To me that's a lot of bulk to be totin' all day long IWB style. Just saying.........

Chief ... A slight correction ... Ray at Lobo is not a real good guy ... He is a real GREAT guy, and a master leather craftsman as well. As $ permits, I look forward to ordering more from him. I also would like to recommend Lefty who regularly contributes here, and makes top quality rigs also.

Another vote for Ray. I do not have an IWB Holster of his, but I do have 8 Pancakes, and a Full Flap for the wife to carry my LCR 357 while horse back riding. Great holsters at an affordable price, and reasonable delivery time.

Ray makes a dump pouch also. You need to look for it on the website.
I do not have a belt by Ray, but I am sure he makes a very good one. I have a local Saddle Maker make my belts for me.

Rays horsehide IWB for my 627. I'll second he is a great guy. I use it with a RafterS gunbelt which is perfect. (I have heard recently though that RafterS was having trouble filling some orders) When I dealt with them they were great too.

You need a steel reinforcing band to carry an revolver in an IWB holster. Pressure of the belt puts too much tension on the cylinder to permit easy extraction or one-hand reholstering. Steel reinforcement is often an option from a custom maker, standard with the Sparks VM2 (my choice), available from Ryan Grizzle, TT Gunleather and probably others. A 3" barrel is the longest I'd consider for IWB. I have to contort too much to draw a 4".
Any revolver works best in an OWB holster, if you have a suitable cover garment. The best concealment and smoothest extraction is with a pancake holster, preferably with belt loops. The "quick snap" holsters put too much tension on the cylinder.

Thanks for the tip regarding the reinforcing band. Haven't seen that mentioned before. Frank
