Anybody have a good, long-term experience with a 4 O'Clock position kydex holster? Preferably OWB, but IWB as well.

I have had great service from: On Your 6 Designs. Great customer service and they do stand behind their products 100% if there is ever any type of issue.

Have not used it in awhile, but Raven Concealment made a good IWB / OWB holster. It was particularly flat amd concealable OWB with the offset wing belt loops.

The Safariland 7TS series are exceptional durable while being gentle on your guns finish. I prefer the ALS retention variation over the other offerings. Holster is available with a paddle back, OWB belt loop versions as well as others. These can be user changed to their other available options.

Retains gun well, while offering substantial snatch defense. Not that expensive and readily available online as well as some retailers.

When I carry a Glock OWB concealed, I use FOBUS. My body style is more suited for 3 (9 for me since I’m a lefty) o’clock carry, so your mileage may vary. I’ve used FOBUS holsters since I started my career. Never disappointed . . .

You won't like driving with it on, even if you remove the firearm, tends to stick into your back. I can, usually, get away with carrying a slightly larger firearm with the 4 O'Clock position, very comfortable on a motorcycle. This is only with OWB holsters, I don't particularly like IWB's...

OP, I've got a nice dual purpose (IWB/OWB) holster (#A-2) from MTR Custom Leather that works well in a variety of waistline positions and can be ordered so you can wear a shirt tucked.

It's not Kydex, but it molds to the firearm and is gentle on the body. Plus, there are a lot of options for holster attachment and RDS or Laser allowances.

This works very well with my Walther CCP 9mm. I use it often.

OWB I use the Galco Tac-Slide, but less often. It does work. Kydex holster with leather outside.
