Does anyone on this forum use the Thompson Center Pro-Hunter
.50 cal muzzleloader? I know of one that may possibly be for
sale. This is the Katahdin model with the 20" barrel. Just curious
to know how this model compares to the model with the 28"
barrel? Any info. is greatly appreciated!

i have one, been a great gun for hunting. i think they all
come with 20" barrel, it works just fine. i also have a 28"
SS in.308 that i love to shoot. i think it's the best hunting
gun on the market today...

Thanks so much! They have a 20" and 28" muzzleloader barrel
in the Pro-Hunter model so I wondered how the shorter barrel
compared to the longer one as far as accuracy, etc. I may go
look at the gun just to see what the fellow wants for it and the
condition its in.
