Ugly is as Ugly does...
Let me say that I have a 1924 Enfield in 455 modified to shoot 45 ACP.
I got it on a whim, to be "carried" when hunting pigs with my British Double Rifle Elephant Guns...
I always thought that the British Revolvers were JUNK...
I was really suprised at how well it handles and how accurate it shoots...
I would not hesitate to take it to WAR, or carry it as a CHL.
It is a a Super Duper Revolver. Equal to ANY S&W in actual use, not in finish of course... But handling, trigger pull and accuracy is first rate...

On the Blade Rnner handgun, at the time, the movie came out I was using Steyr rifles as hunting guns and a SSG as a work gun and recognized the Stery bolt immediately, thus knowing it was a move prop...
Still I thought it was sorta "kool", but I would have picked a custom 1911, maybe a long slide, for Dekarts handgun, as he was a "Professional Blade Runner"...

The Dreyse and Nambu are about the ugliest guns I ever saw. My uncle actually brought back a Dreyse after WWII which he took off a German officer (poor guy). Talk in the family was that he brought home a Luger and boy was I disappointed when he passed and my aunt brought the "gun" to me for cleaning and an appraisal. First time I ever saw a Dreyse - Yuck!

Okay, try and beat this for ugliness: a Raven Arms MP-25. But wait, it gets better! It's a police trade-in! I got it for $30! Of course, I wasn't expecting anything for that price except parts, but I guess someone forgot to tell this gun it stunk on ice at the factory. It cycles perfectly and out to about 25 feet, it actually hits what I aim at! I wouldn't actually trust my life to it (or any .25 ACP), but it's a fun-as-heck plinker and the best thing is I've not had a single jam or stoppage. It gets some looks at the range. It then gets some different looks when I bring the target in. But the best part is that it just keeps on plugging away.

Used to be an RG14 until the potmetal hammer pivot sheared off. I stripped it and sold it for parts. Makes a better paperweight than it ever did as a gun.

A cousin posted a pic of this on FB and I had to find out what it was all about.
Spanish made. Date of manufacture unknown. Currently in a private collection. 6.35MM. Selector above trigger selects which firing pin to use - left, right or bottom.
Hope this guy doesn't take offense to me posting pictures of his gun.

This is the PSP MV, made in Croatia in the 1990s. It's actually a copy of the Beretta mechanism, but even uglier. Cal 9mm P, 15 shot magazine.

There can be only one: The Chiappa "Rhino"
Unless you count rifles, then there can be another one: The Chiappa "Little Badger"

Okay, the handguns pictured so far range from "unattractive" to "just plain hideous"!
I will agree that the Glock is not an attractive weapon, but in comparison to some of these, doesn't look that bad. I don't own one, but every time I shoot one, I think to myself, why not?
Now, I've only fired about a dozen of them, but each one has had this in common: they all have shot right where I aimed. My friends who own them swear they have never jammed, and I haven't seen one hitch yet. I shot my friend Kip's 3rd Gen. G22 the day before yesterday, I fired two 10 shot groups at 10 yards, and put both groups in a 2 1/2" circle. We've shot together since 1978, and I love outshooting him with his own pistol!
Not an attractive gun, and like I said, I don't own one, (yet), but I respect them.

Curious looking, to be sure. But have you fired one? I have one of these and they really shine at the range.
The heavy weight and the light .32 acp round creates very little recoil. the bizzarre design of the slide allows for an exaggerated sight, very easy to aim.

I believe the Rhino is the Pontiac Aztek of guns. It may shoot real good, but do you really want your friends to see you with it?

Laser is removable. I have the BG38 and the laser is very helpful for practicing hand & eye, alternating cylinders with and without laser.

The irony of this pistol is the "PATENT" stamp on the side. Why anyone would infringe on this patent is beyond me!

But seeing it perform in the movie Joe Kidd makes me want one.
The Nagant design makes me remember those old chain drive Mack Trucks. Rugged as you know.

The color is moss green. Is it hidden at the bottom of the rain barrel? It is unique but not ugly.

While the original Remington Model 59 was a handsome piece, they sure did uglify the remake. Some say it looks like a space gun, but it's not even good spacey (see Whitney Wolverine for that category). The new model 59 nearly eclipses the Webley-Fosbury automatic revolver for both ugly, and "Why?"

THE WINNAH AND STILL CHAMPION!
By the powers vested in me by no one in particular, I hereby declare the Nambu type 94 the winner. I rest my case with this detailed picture.
