Favorite carry gun in 9mm
It's OK to post about what kind you have, but my question is more specifically directed to you folks who have several different 9mm's. "Of all your 9s, which one is your favorite to carry - and why?"
Pictures are always welcome. Thanks!

My Glock 26. Very little lube needed, not much attachment to it, decent mag capacity. Summer sweat does not seem to effect it like my others.

LEM P2000...I like that it has an hammer and that it fires similar to a well tuned revolver since my other carry is a well tuned revolver.

I had a PPS, which I sold, which is a great carry gun. I have the M&P full size 9 which actually carries really great too with a Comp-Tac.

High Power. The problem is deciding.
'76 Browning has the best trigger pull.
'FM' Argentine has better sights and I have less money & emotion in it.
Browning Silver Chrome has nite sights, better safety. But is a little flashy.
All three are tack drivers, so I guess it's a matter rough, dress or weddings & funerals.
If I ever find a Practical Model, I can cull the herd.

Sig P239 because I favor a DA/SA trigger, and it's small enough for IWB carry.

I've gone back and forth on this issue, but have recently decided to carry a Glock 26 in the car. It's reliable, and easily replaced if I have to. For CCW, I plan to carry my LC9, as soon as I am satisfied that it is dependable. In the house, I keep a Glock 19 for my wife, and I have several .45s for me.

I love the 9mm, don't care what others think. I shoot it well, and I believe in it.
Currently my favorites are in this order, but honestly, I'm perfectly satisfied with any of them, and carry all of them in rotation.
Springfield Armory EMP
Glock G17
Ruger SR9
The EMP is my current pick. I like the 1911, love the ergonmomics of the pistol. It fits my average sized hands like a glove, has Novak night sights, G10 grips, ambi safety, and is exceptionally accurate for a 3" barrel. Also came with a really functional double mag pouch, and a so-sol holster. Price is around $1100 or so i guess.
The G17 has been a constant companion for 15 years. I trust it explicitly. It has never, repeat never, had a single malfunction of any kind whatsoever. I compete with this pistol, and have lightly customized it with fiber optic front sight, a Glock adjustable rear sight, a 3.5# trigger connector, some sticky tape on the grip, and a bunch of ammo.
SR9 is perfect and fits even better than the Glock.

Without a doubt, my Glock 19.
I have Sigs, BHPs, and a couple of Colts in 9mm.
For Carry in a big belt and holster, no problem, but the way I carry my Glock 19 in the Summer in the city, I like a Glock 19 in a buttpac and a PF-9 in my shorts cargo pocket.

CZ85b......that gun just shoots, and shoots, and keeps shooting. I have several thousands of rounds through mine, including several times where I ran a 1,000 round case through it during one range trip. I can't recall a time when it's ever jammed.

CZ75-P01 Fits the hand perfect and always goes bang. With 40 Cal Mags it can make it a 17 shot pistol.

Another vote for the H&K P-7 (PSP). I shot qualification for my CHL with it and was halfway surprised that the range master knew nothing about it.

Great replies, thanks everyone.
I'm pleased to see a number of G-19 responses. I'm carrying a G-27 as I type, but shot a 19 the other day, and quite liked the larger grip.
I would love a Hi-Power as well some day, one of my "dream" guns.

I gave my Glock 19 to our son, but I liked the size. I also like the HK P7 PSP, Sig P225 & P228, BHP, Glock 17 & 26, S&W 908 & 5946, and have a S&W 3913 and a Beretta 92FS on lay-a-way. I have not found the perfect, all around 9mm yet but when I do I will have a huge sale.

In 9mm, I seem to have three that are regularly carried, a SIG P228, a 2nd gen, Glock 19 or a HK P7M8.

Don't currently own one but have had a couple in the past. My favorite to carry was a Glock 19, but the favorite to shoot was an old BYF Luger I had for a while. Amazing natural pointer, that one, and I could hit anything I was trying to. Not too reliable though, and I never carried it for defense. I will get another Glock sometime but there is no rush. I have recently aquired a .40 Browning Hi Power, and am carrying that one as a primary (the 442 is still my all-the-time, and is in my pocket now). I will be picking up a 9mm top end for it along with a stack of magazines and have a two caliber gun. Then all I have to add is a 357 Sig barrel for the .40 top end and a .30 Luger barrel for the 9 top end, and then pick up a .22 top end.........

Got a few different 9mm pistols.
My favorite to carry , my Star M-43 'Firestar'. It's like a 2/3 scale 1911. Very accurate and controlabe , even with +P+ and 100% reliable for the last 18yrs or so. I did give it some attention inside , but its a great little pistol , if a bit heavy (all steel).

Thanks for posting Mkk41, I totally forgot about two 9's I have that I'm currently derusting, a 9mm largo Star and a Nazi marked Radom (your Radom reminded me). I probably will never carry either, but I own 'em so I guess they count!

Gotta choose four......
My Beretta Brigadier is my favorite to carry...It is awesomely reliable and has the heavier slide. I put an Elite hammer in it. Night sights are in the works also. A very close second is the early West German Sig Sauer P226 with Trijicon night sights. It is lighter than the Beretta and incredibly accurate. A CZ or Browning Hi-Power are outstanding handguns also, IMO.

Glock 19. I have two of them. I also have 4 Model 39s and a few other 9mms hanging around but the 19 is the perfect carry 9mm.

My favorite 9mm is the Browning High Power.
Next would be a H&K P7.
I had a Glock M19. It was a nice piece as well.

I would have to place my Sigma as my favorite carry. Not to big, not to small. Handles the recoil like an angel, lightweight, affordable.

My CS9 with Big Dog grips. I just got it recently and it goes with me everywhere. Well, the wife says I can't take it to the shower but it does go to bed with me.
It is light, accurate, and conceals well.
