Default Ruger's customer service

I have an LC9 that I am not really "feeling anymore". I sent it back once because of a continual issue with the magazine dropping but I do have to say that from the time I shipped it to the time it was returned was about 8 or 9 days. I was pleased.

Now my LC9 is quite inaccurate and the front sight always drifts to the right. I would be lucky to hit a target (anywhere) at 5 yards but yet my M&P is dead on. I figured it had to be an issue with the slide and/or barrel so I contacted Ruger asking if they would send me a new slide and barrel with a SASE envelope so I can send mine back to them after I receive the new one.

With no questions asked, what I requested is now in the mail the very next day.

I may not be quite feeling the gun but I have to give props to their customer service.

What do you mean when you say... "I may not be quite feeling the gun but I have to give props to their customer service."?

To me that means you lost the sense of touch and are using code for Ruger's customer service.

I've never heard those terms before. Can you explain?

I mean that I am not completely confident with the gun being that this is now the second issue with it but I needed to compliment their customer service in trying to make things right.

Understand?

Put that way, yes. I had a Ruger P-85 that went back for a recall and I was never happy with it afterwards, but had no issues with the service.
