Guys, I installed the Apex Polymer trigger on my MP Compact 9mm. I also sanded the portion of trigger as instructed by Apex. However, looking at the Glock Pistol, you put your finger through it fires. The 9C with the polymer Apex, unless your finger is directly on that middle part of trigger, it will cause the trigger to still get tripped up. I would venture to say it is working fine, but you have to be sure the pad on your finger is on that part. This is annoying because when I practice drawing, 50 percent of the time it gets snagged where the Glock, it never snags because that middle piece goes further up, therefore making hangups impossible. Has this been your experience? I am thinking about putting the hinged trigger back on because this is driving me nuts

I put in the Apex aluminum trigger and I'm having the same problem. I'm going to call Apex on Monday and talk to them about it, but I think I know what they're going to say.

Why all this junk about trigger swaps?

The only parts that COULD be swapped out to improve the M&P are the sear and plunger. All else is a waste of money.

You guys are turning good reliable guns into junk!

Man, you keep finding stuff about your apex modified 9c that you don't like, that you DO like on a Glock.
You need to go ahead and get rid of that annoying 9c already. :)
