A friend of mine was received a Harrington & Richardson .32 cal. revolver from his grand parent's estate.

Is there anyway to look up the serial number of the gun to find out its age? and then therefore its value?

Thanks a bunch, I know there isn't much info to work with.

H&Rs can be good utilitarian shooters, but they do not have much of a collector following, therefore, they don't have much monetary value. I'd say the $100-$150 range is reasonable. It is probably chambered in caliber .32 S&W, not the .32 S&W Long. And .32 S&W ammunition is a little difficult to find.

The h&r 22cal revolvers are awesome. I think h&r holds the record for so many different models of the 22cal revolver too. I think there are h&r revolvers out there. I collected a few in 22cal as shooters.
