Some months ago id asked here if you could cut off that silly edition on the end of the MP-40-ATI prodced knock-off of the WWII famed German sub machine gun. Well, you can-BUT you have to fill out some sort of forms through the ATF-and I think pass a background check.

I cant wait till they make a knock-off of one of these:
It was being talked about on the radio-and I didnt hear the full story. Anyway, I THINK they said you can cut the barrel extention off by filling out forms through the ATF-and passing a background check. I heard no mention of fees but suppose there will be.
Anyway-this is for both-the ATI MP-40 with fixed "stock" and with working folding stock.
Reason im mentioning this-is because as recently wrinkled, the full version---though okayed for production by the ATF--is stalled due to some stupid thing being held up by certain politicians.
