I can't understand the appeal. I guess saying " Hold on a minute, I need to unfold my Glock." seems to have a negative ring to it.

I don't know anyone who'd buy one of them, especially at that price. I certainly wouldn't.
Well, I take that back. I do know a couple of guys who are all about "Hey, y'all...lookit what I got!"

I do not do plastic guns and a Glock has the sex appeal and lines of a brick. That being said I have had MANY occasions when a folding gun was the only option. Take apart rifles and shotguns that is. I lead a different life than most folks and often travel with nothing more than the clothes on my back and my possible bag. Space in small planes, rafts, snowmobiles, ATV's, boats, ect is at a premium. Even when I dirt biked, I found a full sized handgun a pain on occasions. The thought that I could have a bigger sized handgun in a smaller package makes sense for my lifestyle. I have yet to get into a gun fight and seriously doubt I will so instant access over a 3 second access to a gun is a non starter. I try to be situationally aware at all times and this has given me time to deploy whatever deterrents I have needed. Now if they can just figure out how to put a hinge on an 8 3/8" model 29 I would have to have one of those.

It has no less footprint than a Glock 19, requires many more moving parts that are of unknown quality, and comes with a lifetime guarantee that it will be full of lint when you actually need it
If you need two hands to deploy a handgun, you are going to regret it
If you want a Glock, stick to a Glock

I don't see the appeal or the reason.
