Anyone tried the FN 509 with flat trigger?

Has anyone tried the FN 509 with the factory flat trigger?

Everything I've heard/read says it's a really really good factory trigger. I tried one today, a 509 Edge, the competition/tactical gun, and it was HORRIBLE. Possibly the worst trigger I've felt in ages. Gritty, lots of pre and post travel, no distinct break, almost felt like something was pinching the trigger bar.
