I bought one of these at the Frontier Gun Show in Reno, Nv. this last weekend. Being an old Mauser military rifle collector, I just couldn't resist this pistol. Mine is coyote tan, and shoots like a dream. Made in Germany, the pistol is metal, no plastic, comes with one ten round magazine. I only ran one clip thru it when I got home, but so far so good.

AS FAR AS I KNOW this gun is the same as the GSG and SIG pistols. The castings are zinc and you can wear them out. I wore one out. The controls are just like a 1911 and they shoot well, but field stripping them is a modest pain in the butt. They will even carry just fine in leather intended for a 1911. I shot one once in a 22 match at my IDPA club some time back. Magazine safety is also a pain in the butt. One interesting thing, mine was not at all fussy about what I fed it, that is kind of unusual for 22 automatics. All things considered I found it to be a decent gun for the money and bought another when my first one started to rattle.

Who is CSG? I see that mentioned when I just purchased a couple extra magazines. The pistol feels like a 1911 .45 auto in heft. I put another mag thru it last evening, no flaws. I will rotate this with the Beretta 92-22 I got last year, another fun gun.
