Default kimber micro 9

Do any of you have one of the Micro 9's? What do you think of them as far as function and practical accuracy?

I had one, and I don't think it ever malfunctioned. It was as accurate as I am with anything else within that 5-7 yard range I suspect it was made for. I don't recall ever trying to shoot it any further.

About the only thing I didn't like, and this is what caused me to get rid of it, was the grips (wood) were so slick I had trouble keeping a grip on it when my hands sweated and I'd have to reajust my grip every few shots. I could have just changed the grips I suppose, but I really bought the gun because I liked the way it looked. I suspect it was just too small for my hand really.

Funny you ask that because I just bought one last night. Haven't shot it yet so hopefully others will chime in. I would also like to hear some reviews.

I have one, and I like it when I need a small 9mm to carry. It’s in the center between the Kimber Micro and the Ultra Carry.

It won’t win any Bullseye competitions but practical accuracy at 7 yards is fine.

I have one and for an EDC it is perhaps one of the best for what it is intended. Like any EDC your pistol is for getting you out of a scrape which you should not have gotten into in the first place. Of course, since in some situations you may have no choice thus the Micro-Nine is your best friend.

I had one for several years and never had an issue. Fit and finish was good and accuracy was good and reliability was 100%. I don’t think I ever had a malfunction. I sold it because I wanted to go back to carrying a revolver but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.
