Quality work for sure. I have never tried building a stacked leather handle. I don't own a lathe to begin with. I have a beautiful condition early WW 2 Imperial blade marked and dated Mk1 that has had the leather handles removed and a hideous replacement affixed. It deserves to be put back to as close to original condition as possible. Been looking for a poor condition Mk 1 with good handles to make the exchange but no luck so far. Had never considered new replacement but after seeing your work, it is now a consideration.
