So will Glock 17/19/26 locking blocks work with Glock 27?

That is if one swapped locking blocks are they the same? Does the generation matter (at least Gen 3,4,5... I am aware the first ones only had one pin hole.)

I see a company makes a 'match' one that is fully machined and not CNC. It's made for the 27.... maybe.

My Glock 27 I'd love to get tight lockup.. I intend on adding NY-1 trigger spring and 3.5 connector and Glock adjustable back sight I have in my parts box (yes the NY1 and connector are also in my parts box.)

Went a-shooting today with HK USP Compact .40 and Glock 27, gen 4, I picked up at pawn shop for $350.. yes tax included!

Lots of Tupper ware there folks. That USP cost me $450! Could not beat that price either!

My S&Ws are just so pretty I hesitate using them roughly.

Pre Gen 4 the 17, 19 & 26 all use different locking blocks. The 26 & 27 use the same locking block.

On Gen 5s, the 17 & 19 use the same locking block. The Gen 5 26 uses a different one, that is also used in the Gen 5 27.

Also worth noting, it is not recommended to use either the NY1 or NY2 spring the the Plus (3.5KG) connector. So you may want to rethink that. That is per the Glock Armorer Manual and training.
