Like the title says, finally got a KC 22. Been watching LGS and on the "notify me" list on several places. Needed to go to a larger city about 60 miles away today so I called a well known gun shop about 10 or 15 miles further away. They had one just received yesterday and not yet sold. I gave them credit card info to hold for me and went directly there. After the 4473 and other paperwork, came home with my new revolver. Paid MSRP but not over. Been trying to find one since last November. Range time tomorrow. Will compare directly with the S&W 617 that I bought last January. Will report back then.
Update: Update to my orginal post. Took this and my S&W 617 to the range this morning. Fired 100 rounds thru the Colt, using 6 brands of ammo. Colt does not like the Aguila ammo, (the 617 does not like it either). Both guns shot the best with the Remington Golden bullets, with the Armscor a close, but very dirty second place. The Smith has a smoother trigger than the Colt, but it also has about 2500 rounds thru it. The trigger pull weight of both are within 2oz.
