Some Tisas 1911's are being recalled due to issues with the hammer following the slide when chambering a round. Here is a link to the recall notice:

Looks like a sear issue and only impacts a few "Duty" models. Their USGI models are not impacted at all.

Given the current attitude of "common carriers", the big question is who pays for the shipping and FFL fees.
I was guessing it's the hammer and the notch in it for the sear. Of course this is just a guess, but looking at the ones that need fixing I'm assuming that it's the only thing unique to them, with the sear and disconnectors being the other two pieces that could cause the problem being same as in the rest of their 1911's, but it's just a guess.
TISAS no longer uses MIM??? Looks like their "machined" parts are having issues.

Tisas will send a call tag for mailing and will ship it back to the owner all at no charge. The Raider is one of the USGI models that is affected.
