Default New Thompson-Center Company Owner
I see in the latest American Rifleman that Thompson-Center has been sold by S&W. It was sold to the former owner that S&W had purchased it from.

I’m guessing he did. I don’t know what the price they were asking, but was told that they were having a hard time finding a buyer.
