Default Are all forum problems fixed?

Admin Edit-
See Post #2

If so, I still cannot get into certain sub-forums. Namely the M&P 15-22 forum.

I see others posting there, but I get redirected back to the main forum menu.

I leave my comp on all the time.
This morning, I woke up to find it had rebooted.
It seems Windows had auto-installed (my choice) 18 updates overnight.
There were threads on the forum that would NOT open, no matter what I did.
I cleared cookies and cache.
I closed browsers, opened new ones, and kept clearing cookies and cache.
I opened Firefox, found the thread, opened it, cut and pasted the url into IE, and it still would not go to that thread! Took me to main menu.

Soooooo, I used Oldtimer's Temp File Cleaner.
Now everything works.

This explains it-
Tfc By Oldtimer - Miscellaneous - PC Pitstop Forums

The link takes you here-
TFC - Temp File Cleaner by OldTimer - Geeks to Go Forums

I use it every few months no matter what.
I keep its icon on my desktop.
Deletes all the junk and trash.
Just BE ADVISED that ALL temp folders are deleted.

I have the same problem. If I click on the Sigma & SD sub-forum it takes me back to the main menu. I have that forum bookmarked and when I click on it I go to the main forum again. I can go to the M&P sub-forum with no problem.

Everything works for me as I have no trouble with classifieds or lounge or anything I know of. Ok here.

For those of you having re-direction problems and using Firefox, try this:

Click on "Tools"
Click on "Clear Recent History"
Un-select everything but "Cache" and "Browsing and Download History"
Select "Everything" for the time range
Click "Clear Now"

I did this and all my issues went away. It may work for other browsers as well but I can't guarantee that.

It didn't work at first. After my third try and exiting I.E., it did finally work. I am running Windows 7 and IE (64 bit).

Exiting and restarting after clearing files is extremely important.

I can get into all the forums except Reloading (which is where I hang out most of the time). Clicking it recycles to the main forum listing.

... later

I tried clearing my Firefox cache and history like rbmcmjr said and it worked !!!
THANKS

First things I would try would be:
1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Log out and back in.

I discovered another way to access sub-forums.
Click "User CP"......Go to "Forum Jump".......Click "down" arrow and highlight forum you want..........Click "Go". Seems a bit longer to get to the forum, sub-forum you're trying to access but it works.

This is an edit to above...........I can now go to the "Forum Index" and when I click onto the M&P 15 sub-forum I'm directed to it.
