I've noticed on this and other forums that scratches can be removed from smooth parts of polymer pistols. True? What grit? My 40VE has that nasty mold mark on the inside/rear of the trigger guard, like other Sigmas I've owned (9VE) and currently own (9F). Anyone try this?

I've taken mold marks off nylon frames with a small double-cut file. Carefully done, it can't be seen with the naked eye.

I used a fine emory board that I stole from my wife fingernail kit. works great left the plastic very smooth.

Body grinder, surface planer and a router!
(Sorry? I couldn't resist!)
There's 2 spots I've done a very light "whiff" touch of a superfine pattern file to on the trigger guard near the grip area of my M&P9c. A bit more 90 degree existed there, than my middle finger liked the edge of.
