Got my M&P 15-22 Back

well, just got home from Academy and picked up my 15-22 that was delivered this morning. S&W replaced the orginal magazine the gun came with aswell as the Extractor. Went out shot a mag full of 550rd Bulk pack of Federal, Then i put 10rds of Winchester Super X Super SpeedRN 40gr. HV 1300FPS ammo, so 35rds in all so far, all shot flawlessly, im very happy now.

so....i was digging through the box, getting the manual out, before i put the box in the attic, and what do i see....??????....S&W gave me an extra magazine, saweeeeeeet.

i ordered a blackhawk storm 1pnt sling, be here tomorrow, got a 3-9x42 tactical scope picked out, will be geting that sometime soon.

Glad to hear that. I just got off the phone with S&W customer service and they told me mine was sent to the mail room today to be shipped. They only had it a week so i'm happy with that. Now I hope mine works to.

Wow, thats a quick fix, congrads, i think all the 15-22's they have coming in for repair, basically have the same issue, and they know what the problem is now, so when they come in, they know exactly what to do, and get this fixed fast. I think you'll be very pleased when you get yours back, they use Fedex Ground.

just went out shot about 35 or so more, ive tried all 3 magazines i have, the one i bought from S&W, and the 2 that came back with my gun, no problems at all, ran flawless, this gun is FUN. I got the Blackhawk sling i ordered in today and put it on, i really like it aswell.

Just took the gun out to try a mag full of Winchester Wildcats that i got when i first got the gun, all was flawless but 1, put it back in when the mag was empty and it shot it fine. So im up to about 125rds i think.

So how are you attaching the Storm since the stock is molded onto the rifle?

well, i actually sent it back, i ended up ordering a sling adapter that mounts on the bottom rail on the front of the gun, and im gonna go with a 2pnt sling. But i did try the storm on it, the 15-22 has the sling thing on the stock, and i just hooked the hook on the sling on it. and it worked fine.

The stock can actually be replaced with an aftermarket stock.
