I shoot at the range when it's possible , my wife too ( she 's police officer) I very pround to be with you , and I'm the owner of sw 686 6" customized ( I must post a picture ) a sw mod 60 2" and in few months sw mod 27 ( old stuff good stuff)
I carry for the service a sig sauer sp 2022 in 9mm

pawncop , I carry a sig sauer sp 2022 ( same as 2009) 9mm for the service. before I had an antique sw mod 13 ( but it was perfect )
I got a friend located in san antonio ,texas ( he produced armored vehicle for swat team) . I hope coming soon , but it's difficult with my 4 year's little princess who start the school.

by the way do you know how lucky you 're to have the right in your constitution to have so easely the opportunity to buy , to carry and keep at home fire guns. never let the politics restrain you in this way.
for france , you go to the range , you must wait 6 months( 3shoots controlled) to wait before you are able to ask an autorisation to buy a gun only for sport not defense even for law enforcement officer)

you must have an ok for the medical after visit , copy of lot of things, and wait wait wait.... last time for one of my best friend also customs officers and shooter since many years , it takes 10 months . amazing

Hi Dom. I am English but I live in your country. I also have a 686 as well as a Model 17 and a CZ 75B. I am also frustrated with the restrictions imposed on me. Never mind, in UK handguns are banned completely (except maybe black powder). Tony Blair was a stupid man imposing the ban. He was a stupid man anyway. Welcome to the forum.
