STEVEN SEAGAL DEPUTY SHERIFF

Seagal was born in Lansing, Michigan and lived there for a time as a child. Given my own experiences there as an adult, that might explain why Seagal is a bit... different.

Aside from his noted skills in akido, preference for the 1911 (which he's show carrying on duty in promos for the series), and so on... Let us not forget that he also fancies himself a singer songwriter, Native American rights activist, environmentalist, and herbal snake oil salesman (he shills an energy drink and herbal formula of some type). Oh, and he also finds time to help save Tibet.

He's just a Chuck Norris wannabe ;)

Though I don't fault them in the Martial Arts, none of them can act. They just go thru the motions, and try to look cool. Anybody can do anything ......in the movies. Barney Fife could beat all of these guys.....in the movies!!!! Come on.......you don't really beleive what you see ....in the movies!!!! Do you???? Bob

OK...I'm comin' out everybody....I LIKE Steven Seagal's movies and have them all on tape or DVD.

Whew....I feel free now ;)

"Anybody seen Ritchie????"

Personaly I think he is a overstuffed, arrogant, egotistical, wannabe guru. And Jackie Chan, or Chuck Norris could kick his fat butt in about 10 seconds flat.

Oh by the way, did I mention I don't like his acting much either?

I like the guy... but truthfully I never saw past Erika Eliniak popping out of the cake in that ship flick! That rocked!

You obviously have never seen Chuck's riveting performance in "Lone Wolf McQuade" -the part where they buried him and his ram charger alive was a classic in modern filmmaking :D

Thank God it was super charged, if not, he never would have made it out of that hole!

I like some of Steven Seagal's movies. I wish I could hear him when he talks. Is there something wrong with his voice ?
