Ran like a top !

Went to the range today ,after tweeking my 15-22 . I smoothed the lip of the magazine , cleaned and polished the bolt and carrier , and polished up the feed ramp a bit then lubed and wiped it down . At the range I ran FEd Spitfires through for the first 200 rounds , no hickups . Then switched to Fed bulk ammo . The first 200 went fine then a FTF ! . Dropped mag and had a few not staggered . Reloaded and nothing but POP ,POP , POP . Total of about 500 rnd through it and nothing but fun and firing except for my mishap . It shot a quarter sized group evertime a 20 yards . Red dot worked great , but will need a scope of some sort for ANYTHING past 20 yards , as my eyes just wont work past 20 yards and small targets . I can't say enough about how great this rifle is

Been wanting to dress mine up... but a Hogue grip is as far as I've gotten... But I'm liking this rifle more and more every time I shoot it...

Looking for a front sling mount , and realy want the polymer pop up sites . Also want a magnification scope with quick disconect mount , but don't want to spend to much . who makes a ACOG looking sight for less than $200 ? what quick disconect mount to use ?

I've not actually bought one yet, but have been shopping around for a scope... 2 vendors that are mentioned here a lot are Primary Arms (For Optics Accessories & More) and RRages.com (RRAGES - Everything You Need To Customize And Accessorize Your Tactical Weapons). I've heard of quite a few people here buying from Primary Arms, but it seems that they have quite a few items out of stock right now.

I have a replica ACOG that I would sell for $100 shipped.

It does not have trade marks, it looks like an acog it's all aluminum it's a red dot with five levels of brightness. PM me if you are interested.

NcStar is hit or miss, but cheap. Best chance is to buy locally if possible.My first experience was so/so, exchanged it for a different style, and love it. You either get a really good one or one with issues. That's why if possible, it's best to 'em locally.
