spleify--order restrictors on ebay, I think they are $5.00 each, and convert you mag to a 10 round mag.

Tell me if I got this straight..... S&W doesn't have anything posted on their site about not in stock, but they are sending post cards to advise? If so....

Thanks for the heads up. I was told by C.S. that when they appeared on the web site they are available. Just more B.S. from S&W. I can't get a decent revolver from them anymore unless it's a performance center item. As much as I like my S&W hand guns, Their long guns leave a lot to be desired including the M&P 15-22. Check out the SIG offerings.

S&W processed a charge to my banking account on 5.14.10. The transaction was for the same amount as my order for 5 of the short 10 round M&P 15-22 magazines.
I trust that this means that my magazine order is shipping in very short time, if not already shipped. Has anyone heard anything new on this item?

Ordered a pair of the ten-round magazines on April 12. The postcard telling me the magazines were backordered was postmarked April 14.
I called S&W about a week ago and was informed the magazines were still about four weeks away from being shipped. This will put them over two months after the order was placed.
Poor business on the part of S&W. I'm disappointed.

I would think once they hit your card, shipping is imminent. The CMP does it that way....but then again, they're well run.
I ordered 2 shorties "back in the day".
Uhh, just checked. Not even taking orders right now. Maybe they're too busy shipping the backordered mags

Man, been waiting for mine for about 5 weeks now. I ordered 5 of them and called them 2 weeks ago and the rep told me they don't have it in stock. I haven't received any postcard though
I looked at the S&W new fancy web site. I don't see the short 10rd mag listed (maybe I missed it?). They show the 25rd mag only. I wonder if the short 10rd mag was just a figment of S&W imagination? Or... maybe they just ran out of postcards...
I have a suggestion for S&W. - Instead of M&P15-22, maybe 'Enigma 15-22' would be more fitting.

Also, if you hold your mouse over the "The Store" button you will see a picture of it even 'tho the listing for the 10-round magazine does not have it. Myself, I just wish they had spent the time to make these magazines than giving the Sigma a facelift.

Still say there's a chance (even a slim one) that the short mag does not nor has ever has existed. If it actually existed, then why hasn't at least one person here who ordered it have one by now weeks later ? Oooooh..... that sounds like an excellent question for S&W Cust Ser. Wonder how many different answers I would get?
