This is my new carry gun. A Model 66-2. I got it a gun show back last spring, but really have not had the time properly give a shakedown. In the last few weeks I have ran about 600 round through it, a mix of .38 and .357.

It came with the box and paperwork. I replaced the grips with a set of Ahrends. I really love these grips.

It very accurate. I started to carry it after putting the first 400 rounds through it. I use a IWB Don Hume K frame holster. I thought it might be too big, but it really disappears inside my waistband. I switched from HKS to Safariland Speedloaders, which are, IMO, superior to the HKS.

Just thought you wheelgun guys would like this. It was the start of an addiction. I have since acquired a Model 36 no dash and a Model 17-2 K22 Masterpiece.

Very nice. The model 19 & 66 are on my next list.

Good score on the model 36 and K22. I have both as well and they are fun to shoot.

i want those grips for my 19 snubbie [typing while drooling on keyboard]

Nice looking gun, looks like the one I have. I need to get those Ahrend grips though. Good shooting.

:) I got one just like yours with Hogue grips on it. These guns are such good shooters. I don't carry mine but I just like it. I really like those grips you have on your gun. I bet they feal good in your hand. Don

Other than color, I'd say you have pretty good tastes.;)

They are nice aren't they? I have one of each color myself and they surprise quite a few with their accuracy, or did when I could see :)

Model 66 & 19 2.5 inch snubby's !!!!

Geez's guys showing off those beautiful Model 66&19 snubby's!!! I just got a really nice Model 66 no dash 4 inch that shoots like a dream....makes me want to get a 66/19 in a snubby to go with it!!!!!:D:D

you can not go wrong with a classic K frame like this one!!

Nice looking carry piece. I really need to get a better set of grips for my 66-5 snubbie. Just put a set of Pachmayr Compacs on them and don't really like the fit. I'll probably put the Hogue Monogrip back on.

Got home from the club a short while ago. Had an IDPA style shoot in the indoor range and I used the 66-3 pictured below.
Weather is pretty foul, only 8 shooters showed up, I was the only wheel gunner. I've been using HKS Loaders, one fellow had a couple Safariland Loaders in his range bag he let me try. I'm set in my ways but was impressed w/them.
Had some nice groups quick dbl action shooting, I'm quite pleased.
Had this gun for a while before giving it a serious test drive, was pleasantly surprised, nice action and good accuracy.
New grips are sort of on the list, but this Houge monogrip fits me well. Anyone familiar w/wood Houge grips? Some of the ones I've seen appear very similar to what I'm using now.
Tks, Kevin

I dig it! I really like wheel guns all of a sudden. I haven't been shooting or carrying all that long only 4 years. But I have learned alot about it in that time. I really think that I would like to carry a 4 inch wheely in an OWB during the winter under a jacket. Good looking gun.
