Glocks Anonymous

I do not own one but will agree that the Glock will function very well and hit what you are aiming at. BUT that pistol is DOG BUTT UGLY.

On Rags post with the picture of the Glock on the wooden stump, If you were to replace it with a short barrel 624 with a set of Aherands Grips people would be posting how beautiful the Smith looked and that is their next purchase. You don't see any posts here like that about the plastic Glock.

I know someone here can post a 10mm Glock... Since S&W thinks it is too dead for the M&P...

No, don't own any Glocks, and probably won't. They just don't appeal to me in any way. I have a friend who owns numerous Glocks, is extremely enthusiastic about them, and keeps trying to talk me into buying one (or more); however, I much prefer S&W and Colt revolvers, and, for semi-autos, Colt or other high quality 1911s, with a smattering of others, including a 39-2, a Mauser P-08 (Luger), and several different .22s. Although Glocks are apparently quite serviceable, I have absolutely no interest in owning one, they just don't "sing" to me.

I only own three of those "G word" firearms....one is a GREAT silencer host weapon....
Don't tell anyone, but I also have the 18th patent of Gaston Glock's issued to me as well....

Oooooo.... The lever Glock... :D

I gotta confess to someone... might as well be here... had a chance to pick up a G**** 30 from a LE friend of mine when he changed out his carry weapon. I'm not a real fan, but someone had to adopt it. With the box and all stuff that comes with it and 4 mags I figured it might find a corner in my safe. I humbly beg forgiveness.

Well, Hell, Giz. I have a 19c, a 17, a 22c, a 20, a 31c, a 23c, and a 32c. Off duty, the 32c is my EDC. I do have a M&P 9mm in my car, though.

I own 5 Glocks, I love them, and I don't mind telling anyone. One of them is my constant companion.

Wow! 38 posts without so much as one comment about "plastic" guns, "dishwasher safe", and/or "made by Mattel".

I have a duty Glock 22 that has a been very close to me for many, many years. It has always gone bang over the years (probably 10,000 times) including two events where it went bang when it was very important. It has more than the average amount of holster wear and has quite a few dings and scratches but, to me, it is beautiful.

I bought a Glock 27 for use as a carry weapon a couple of years ago but it didn't feel right so it went into safe.
