I asked for some pictures of the Model 60 Pro series and folks posted some outstanding ones. It occurred to me that I'm probably not the only one who loves the looks of the "slab-side" revolvers. As near as I can tell, Smith and Wesson makes as many as six different models that come in this type of configuration (Model 60, 686 SSR, 686 Plus, 627, 657, 629...).
So let's see your slab sides!:D:cool:

Outstanding revolvers guy! Please keep them coming.

Revolver King, those 686 Plus' are calling my name...trying to resist...:D

How about my 2 5/8" PC627 and my 627 Pro?

Love those slab sided revolvers!

Love the slab look - here's a couple shots of my 60 pro - would really like a 627-snubby bloodwork pre-lock someday - probably just a dream

Then I have this ~1957 Colt Match Target:

Awesome weapons guys! Please keep them coming.

Stainz, you got very lucky on your grips for the 60 Pro. Those have an exceptional pattern.

I will be adding to this thread shortly. I pick up my 60 Pro tomorrow. :D

The 60 Pro is such a sweet little handgun. I love the look of them.

My Light Weight Hunters...I've got three; the .41mag , .44 Mag and the .45 Colt chamberings.

Need to do a Family photo with all three some day.

revolver king, are those gorgeous woodgrips on that 686 performance center ( the one with the shotgun shell propping it up) the grips that come on it? When i get my permit im going to buy a 686 plus 3 inch and was wondering if i could get those grips and if theyd fit

No, and I can't remember the name of the place I bought them. But they sell grips only. Sorry, they would fit a new model though.
