Picked up a set of Eagle Buffalo horn grips last week and installed a pair of S&W logos in them.
They are a little on the small side for my hands but they look really cool on a 4" nickel gun.
I've been having a blast with this photo editing program so I made some fantasy S&W advertisements or tribute photos if you will. Enjoy!

Nice, what program are you using to photoedit?

From now till April, Picnik.com is letting people use the premium program for free. It's pretty easy to use and the different effects are cool. You can save them back to your computer, Photobucket or several other places. Bob

Well now that you have made my skull crack open and release the envy monkeys into full flight and they are throwing poo at my face...

I hope you are happy with yourself.

;)

Ditto on all the qualtity of photos and amazing Combat Masterpiece, so I'll say you did a stellar job on the S&W inserts on the grips. Where did you get the extras? I've been pondering such an experiment myself.

Beautiful pictures! Awesome 19-4!! Thanks for sharing them.

Nice pictures. I wish I could make my 19-3 nickel look that good! Oh wait a minute it does!

Picked them up on Ebay. They are not factory original but the detail is great and they are thin and flat in the bottom.

Here is an article I did on installing the logos. Good luck, Bob

That just looks great. I like the editing, the shine, the grips, the lighting, the backdrop....very nice.

Can you share some info on the Buffalo horn grips? The couple of Eagle grips I have tried needed fitting. Did yours need any effort or did they fit just right? Would you say they as slippery or do they have that sort of natural tacky (I'm not sure what to call it) like ivory or stag horn has? I'm in love with those and will likely become a copycat as soon as I save up for some of my own.

Great pics, I have been looking for some grips like that for a RB K-frame without any luck. And I just happened to be needing them for a nickle 19-3.
