Mod 547 minor milestone with crappy pic

I finally recently achieved a minor milestone in rounding up the second of both Model 547 versions. They are both shooters for me in what I think is above average condition for each.
I am still amazed at how accurate they are and both shoot to point of aim.
I thought I would share a crappy picture.

Not at all. I like to see what's out there, especially a pinned 3" version which I didn't know existed.

I've don't recall ever seeing a pinned 3" either. If someone here has one maybe they will show it.

Pinned or not, 547s are the greatest. I've got two pinned 4"ers, and would gladly trade one for a 3" to make my pair. For now, I have to be happy with twins

547s are one of the neatest designs ever to come out of Smith & Wesson. They were very exspensive to produce with the berilium spring assist in the extractor star and the dual pins (firing pin and case adjustment pin) and would cost a fortune to produce again.
