There seems to be a News Service magnifier that is applied to the power of firearms rounds when emanating from a black colored rifle. The 5.56mm is a "weapon of war which is too powerful to be used for hunting" and the .50 BMG is used to take down airliners. They would great have fun if they knew of the 7.52x51mm and the .338 Lapua.

By some "journalists" in the news, you'd swear you could hunt a T-Rex with a Glock 17. I saw one guy even write "Glock 40mm". No lie.
