4- 3/4" Slices of Velveeta Cheese,cut into cubes
1/4 Cup of milk
1- Can of Diced Hot Rotel tomatoes
Microwave in a covered bowl for 5-6 minutes,stir very well, and eat with chips or crackers.

Optional; pour over broccoli. :D

I like brocolli ok but whats that got to do with anything. Rained .6" last night. Pretty good for us. We also had snow on Christmas day for the 2nd year in a row. Wooohooo.
