dealing with a company, that company is made up of individuals,
& no matter what company policy is, each individual is going to
react differently. In my many dealings with S&W Customer Service,
I've never had a single rep be rude to me. Less than helpful, once.
I can forget that one incident in light of all the other times that
their service has amazed me. Especially in regards to a SW40VE
that I screwed the pooch on.
