SWS Ambidextrous Charging Handle Latch now available

I received these with my shipment of Brass Deflector Shields but have not had time to put the word out on them.

This ambidextrous latch is a direct replacement for the standard polymer latch on the M&P 15-22. This latch will allow the left handed and ambidextrous shooters to manipulate the charging handle with their weak side easier.


The ambidextrous latch is made from 6061 aluminum and hard coat anodized matte black. The latch will also include a spare mil spec roll pin and an alignment pin to help with installation into the charging handle.

This latch is designed to be a direct replacement for the OEM latch and should work just fine with the Tacticool22 billet charging handle.

This latch will negate the need to buy the PT handle just for the latch.

That one is specified for a 308 AR. I can't say for sure that it would be compatible.

Because he is just manufacturing a handle... SWS is manufacturing the latch and supplying a pin... The spring has to come from your OEM handle

I really prefer the paddle on the PT latch, but since the only way to get one is to buy the PT handle and then throw away the handle or give it to some poor sucker, this as an excellent alternative.
