Although I've been on this forum for several months, I thought I'd properly introduce myself tonight.
I have an M & P 9 for home defense and carry a Ruger LC9, although I am tempted to trade it for a 9C. I have an M & P 22 for (relatively) affordable training on the M & P platform as well as to have something my 14 year old granddaughter can comfortably handle at the range while learning about firearms. I also have a couple of 15-22s in the fleet because they are such simply stupid good fun to plink with.
I'd also like to add that I thank everyone for the amazing level of civility that is constantly demonstrated on these forums, even when participants have widely divergent views. I used to be pretty active in the competition barbecue circuit and it rarely took long for the forums dedicated to that freakishly expensive hobby to break down into pointless peeing contests between a few overblown, childish egos.
