I just saw a few full size 17 round m&p mags at Nelson Tactical. They were not on the website but I'm sure you could call them at (920) 884-2580. They were $44.00 plus tax for me but you will have to pay shipping. Good luck and enjoy.
. I actually picked up my 9pro from them a couple months back. Good people to do business with.

I reviewed the ProMags on here a few days ago. They work great. Don't quite match up at the base plate but they don't fall out. Springs are a bit weaker but plenty strong. I say range only though. They are what I thought they would be. A cheap imitation that does work.

The factory S&W mags are Mec Gar. And you're correct they're great mags.
While not the 17 round magazines, J&G Sales has the 12 rounders for the M&P 9C for $39.95 here:

Not a great deal, but these are still pretty hard to find. They don't look like they have the finger rest on them. I think you can install that later. I like the finger rest better than without one.

Unfortunately, whatever magazines over 15 rounds I have in my possession after 1 July will have to remain in my possession, as it will be illegal to buy, sell or transfer them thanks to our new unconstitutional laws. I'll either have to keep them or turn them in to the state to be destroyed, can't sell 'em or even give them away. Which is why I'm thinking of just buying another M&P. At $90 a pop, for 2 mags I'm almost halfway to the M&P, so I could sell the gun without the magazines for about $270 and not do any worse. If I could sell the gun without the magazines for more than $270, I'd average less than $90 a piece.
Yeah delta3outfitters doesn't have a live inventory. I've never ordered from them but it seems super sketch to me that there's no phone number to be found for them also.

Ordered 17 rd magazines from Delta3... Took credit card information. Still have not received mags ordered. No phone number to call. Sent email follow-up on order >> no response.
