in regards with the SHIELD .40

is this compatible with the 7 round magazine?

or just the 6?

As best we know should fit any of the Shield mags if they llok like our plate they should fit.

Shield Extended Magazine Plates

It looks well made but not the style I'm looking for. For my 9mm Shield, my wish is to purchase a shaped plate that only plugs the small half oval open hole at the base of the grip when using the 7 round magazine but is fabricated low enough so it can continue to stay in place and under when using the 8 round magazine.
A fellow who goes by CitizenX over on the *************** has nicely custom made one that does all of that. Attached photos credited to CitizenX.
Is this something you can look into?

Our plate covers the hole but is all one piece and made of aluminum
we will not have a plastic plug that we make anytime soon Sorry man.
If you know who makes them we can probably get them and sell them ?

I think if you made an aluminum base plate that covers that hole but doesn't have the finger extension than that would satisfy it. I personally like the extension though. Mine should be here tomorrow, looking forward to it.
