I picked up an M&P 9c but I don't think its going to get a color fill.

First time posting (from WA) but I just did this yesterday to my Shield 9 utilizing the nail polish method. I also did the same to match my M&P15 which has the muddy girl furniture kit on it.

I'm digging the GOLD

This isn't my pic, but I like it. I understand you can get a gold lettering kit. I would hope that it isn't easily removable...not as easy as they say. I'd rather put some work into it to remove it as I'm sure it can be somewhat time consuming to do it.

I love the look of the white...but I am looking for a different color that looks just as good....only thing I have seen that looks as good is like a desert sand color....Id like to see a silver or some sort of crimson red

I did my 9c. The husband says it looks so cool, I now have to do my old Springfield 1911 competition gun. It has a silver slide, so I am thinking a dark grey. I will have to see what the nail polish selection is like next time I go to the store. lol

That gold is bad-***.

That slide looks like he polished it with something. Has anybody ever tried car wax? I wonder what he used because he obviously used something. Inquiring minds want to know. :D

How do you do it? Instructions please.

Is there an easier way to get crayon out without having to pick it out with a toothpick?

Tried silver first, didn't care for it, then gold which I really like.
It's a fun project to do.

I like the gold too, but how does it look on the other side where it has the "magazine warning". That lettering looks like it's silver. Do you have a pic of the gold on the other side?

I'm doing this to my new Shield, I'm just deciding silver or gold.

Thanks.
