Never, ever get a hanzi (Chinese) or kanji (Japanese) character tattoo unless you are absolutely certain of it's meaning. These logograms are components of alphabets containing over 3000 symbols and minor differences between the strokes can change the meaning significantly.![]()
I disagree on both counts.That's not Chinese, and that artwork is decidedly Japanese.
By the same token, oriental kids were wearing T shirts with English phrases that made no sense. It didn't matter, they just had cool English writing on them>
