What back strap do you use on your M&P?

I use the large backstrap even though I consider myself as having small hands. I get better consistent trigger finger placement, and manage recoil better.

I have xl hands and prefer the small back strap. My wife has small hands and prefers the large back strap. Different strokes...

just curious - is there a size difference between the regular backstraps and the CORE backstraps or do you just use the CORE ones because they have better traction?

I use the large on both fs and compact. When I first got my compact I never took off the small. 3 range trips later I realized why the recoil was unmanageable. ��

been using the medium on my 9c since i got it earlier this year as my first non-.22 handgun. Mainly due to how it "felt" in my hands, keeping it somewhat similar for me to my buckmark. Though to be honest i really haven't spent time at the range trying the other grips to see how they'd affect my shooting.

Guess i should really try them out sometime, just havent thought about it much lol

I have pretty average sized hands and used the medium on my FS 9mm until I changed it out for the Crimson Trace laser sight which is about the same size. I use the small on the FS 45ACP since it has a larger grip. I tried the CT on the 45, but it makes the grip too large to use comfortably. I think all guns should have user-adjustable grip size. This is a great feature on the M&P.

and the med. on 9mm full size.
The palm swell at the bottom of the med. points better on the full size.

I've tried all of them on my FS and compact. Settled on the med. Honestly they feel small after shooting my M9.
