Both you and Sabre are getting more results than I am. The "detail" icon (magnifying glass to the right) on the main query page isn't working for me, so I can't see what you're seeing. My submission date is April 7th.

There are two previous rebates showing on the main page and the detail icon works for them, but they are submissions (not S&W) for somebody else in my zip code with the same last name.

Just got off the phone with Milano. Woman I spoke with initially was a little short telling me it'll be 8-10 weeks, I wasn't supposed to have received a check yet, all is well, etc etc, but then she finally caught on to what I was saying about my status of "valid submission received" yet 0 as the quantity and dollar amount rather than reflecting the $75 for the shield I purchased last month.

She took my name and number and said someone else would be calling me regarding this issue after they return from lunch. Hopefully this will be easily resolved. I'll update after I hear back from Milano.

They returned my call very quickly. About 20 minutes. Said they "found the problem" and it would be in the system correctly, but give it a day or two. I didn't ask what the specific issue was, but I'll check back on the website to confirm it's been fixed.

I submitted mine on 4/22 & it just showed up yesterday (5/25).


Today is all we have, live it to the fullest!

I entered the rebate on 4/14 according to the info on Milano. So June 23rd would be about 10 weeks. Just in time for Summer.

I noticed the same thing. Initially when my rebate started showing up online it had a date of 4/25 though I'm certain I submitted it online a week prior to this. Then after calling Milano today in regards to the 0 rather than $75 they've updated my record to reflect the dollar amount yet now it's saying I submitted my rebate 4/27. I'm almost certain the actual date I registered was 4/17.

I submitted mine 4/21/17 I called 1-866-963-7933 today since my mailman has been on the local news for stealing mail, checks and packages. (yes he still working on my route) They said 10 to 11 weeks but confirmed my application has been successfully submitted and even read back my mailing address. Met with postmaster today hopefully he will be fired before my check is sent, maybe the wait is good thing in my case.

Interestingly, when I entered my phone number, zip code and last name on the Milano site form, it came up "no record". When I entered just my zip code and last name, the record came up.

Same thing for me.

Them dirty rats!!! I'd be lawyering up if I was you.. hit every forum out there and spread that info before someone else gets taken ..

Mine shows they entered 4/14. I'm pretty sure I did mine online on the 8th or 9th. So they must be taking a week to process ENTRY, then another 8-10-12 weeks to print a check.
