It’s unfortunate that he can’t receive hospice care at home . . . .

Prayers for Mike and you too Rusty. I know a woman that has a stage four brain tumor. She was given 6 months, that was in 2014, she's still with us, still at home and has the doctors stumped. No doubt in my mind that prayers have kept her with us.

Rusty, thanks for keeping us updated. I just pray that the man above will grant Mike peace, comfort and have his pain controlled.
As a added note, when my wife was in hospice because of pancreatic cancer, they were very serious about pain control. When she was still awake they would keep asking her about pain. When she was no longer
able to talk she got it on a regular basis and if looking uncomfortable, more often. That is the way it should be.

Prayers are going out . Maybe someone that lives nearby could take an iPad in to him and he could see how many lives he's touched here on this forum . Between that and the cards , maybe it would make the time he has left just a little nicer .

Same here, and I was thinking about that before reading your post!
Doctors can give their diagnosis but only God controls the prognosis! Prayers are going out from here in Michigan...and a card is going in the mail too.
