Is anyone else here a fan of .32 pistols? I just picked up a 1935 Beretta in .32 ACP. The last .32 I owned was a 1907 Dreyse (other than the .32 Colt Police Positive revolver I just sold). I've always been impressed by the quality and engineering in such a small package.

I know that there are those that may have misgivings about the .32 caliber, but the pistols themselves are interesting. Although, Lehigh Defense makes the Xtreme Cavitator round in .32 ACP. It looks like it could be an effective man stopper.

Cute little thing. I have several .32 pistols:

A KT P32 for the times when I can't carry a gun. :) Loaded with good European solids, it still gives acceptable penetration.

A CZ50, and a Beretta 82, both fun guns at the range, and surprisingly accurate.

In fact. .32 of all stripes appears to be very accurate, regardless of platform. I have recently begun dabbling in .32 revolvers, a .327 SP101, along with Models 30-1 and 31-1.

a lot f the .32 auto are not built as well as Baretta. I like it and it will penetrate on one side of a 50 gallon drum and put a big bulge on the other side. what more could ask for?

I love .32s! I have a WWII Beretta like yours, a Colt 1903, and a Beretta Model 81. All are great guns. I carry the Colt and the newer Beretta often.

Personally, I think the .32 ACP punches well above its weight. If you believe Mr "Alternate Look At Stopping Power" Ellefritz, his studies show the same.

I have a 1914 Mauser 32 from 1915. Its not terribly reliable but it is a fun little pistol.
I have three baby Berettas. 2 in .22 and one 950 in .25 (my favorite by far!)
Yours is excellent! I would take that over the Tomcat all day.

I am woefully understocked on 32 ACP pistols right now. The only one I have is an early Blue Tomcat 3032. It have an unbelievably good trigger!

I feed is a strict diet of Winchester Silver Tip Hollow Points!

Dad's wife has a much newer 3032 in stainless, I consider the two of them junk!

I carried a FEG improved Walther PP copy for a while. I kept it stoked with Fiocchi FMJ as I am unconvinced by the concept of HP ammo in .32 ACP. I changed the springs, going down on the hammer spring and up on the recoil spring to improve the DA trigger pull. The gun is 100% reliable with the Fiocchi and accurate.

I used to have a lot of 32 pistols. They were inexpensive and that's all I could afford!
Many of the WW1 & 2 Axis pistols in 32 were common, inexpensive and usually came with a holster.
The Walther PP and PPk were the expensive ones at the time and priced over $100.

Even the Colt Pocket hammerless was common & inexpensive and I had several.
I think the FN 1922 was probably the most easy to find 32 Milsurp at any show or shop. Plenty of marking variations and most were in nice shape.
Miss those days..

That flood of Walther Model PP pistols from X L/E in Europe that hit the US market in the 90's was sure a nice thing.
Should have kept a few of those instead of selling them all off!

Down to a 1937 Walther PPk Police E/C (?) marked and a Mauser 1914 that is post WW1 police marked for I believe (City of) Bremen.
Both fine shooters.

I still have a stash of FN mfg 32acp fmj FP ammo in those 25rd plastic containers. They both seem to like it.

Wow...in his chart the .25 is about as effective as a .45
I would seek confirmation on some of those stats.
