Removing Logo from Model 65 LS

I have a great price on a Lady Smith 65 3" is it possible to remove the LS logo

A: It's laser engraved, so my guess is yes, but you'd always be able to notice the spot (you can remove anything, but most things can't be removed without lasting damage.)

2: Only if you want to destroy the value . . .

I'd leave the logo, just in case you decide to one day part company with the revolver.

I thought about this too when I first found my 65-5 LS. Then I came to my senses and found a set of original rosewood grips for it. Heck I even carry it around in its little purse

When I found the 60-7 LS I told my wife it was for her but it’s in my name and in my safe so….

Just leave the logo alone. They're tastefully done and you won't harm the surface by having it blasted, scraped or washed off. They're great revolvers so don't fix what ain't broke.

Good decision! With a proper holster, or with your right index finger straight off the trigger between rounds, you can’t see the engraving anyhow.

Surely you can’t be serious? Men often refer to their muscle car, boat or gun in the feminine tense. I find it a bit odd to assign gender to an inanimate object, but people do it all the time.

Lady Smith is just a name. Don’t think of it a description who should carry or shoot it.
