"No Dash" Day; A photo essay

Most of mine don't have model numbers, but of those that do, here are a couple no-dash J-frames......

A model 36 (shipping estimated at summer, 1975)

A Model 49 (SAT does not belong in the box)

And a daily carry Model 649 (estimated 1987 vintage)

I only have 3 no-dash guns. This on is my Model 58.

This is how my Model 686 came to me, filthy and this was after its first cleaning.

My brother competed with this one.
It has a Millet rear sight and the lightest trigger that I have ever felt.

It cleaned up nicely after a few good cleanings.
I'm not too fond of the grips so I might start looking for some other Target Stocks.

And my favorite, my 6.5" Model 27 shipped in November 1960.
I added a w/o rear sight blade and a beautiful set of Coke Bottle Stocks.
It came with everybody's favorite add-on, a trigger shoe and I'm keeping it. ;)

Here's my contribution. A family of M57's, a pair of 617's, M18, M15 & M60

Not that I have many, but with pleasure, will submit these. 28, no dash, 67, no dash, and 586 no dash. Have correct or era correct stocks for them. Bob
