I've cleaned my 28-2 Highway Patrolman and never noticed the heart stamped in the cylinder crane before! What is the significance of this stamping?

It is inspector/fitters mark. There have been similar threads on the Forum in past with same stamp on other revolvers

I don't have a heart stamp but I also love the model 28-2
