We don't really need an occasion to celebrate our full lugs, but since it's Friday, I figured it's worth a pic and a post.

I feel like I should apologize for the Ruger, but then again, it's a great gun and my only 3" full lug offering.

Are there any other full lug fans out there?

Full lugs. A few have found their way into my accumulation.

A couple of J Frames.

A K Frame

Model 19-7 K Comp

L Frames

Model 696

Model 686 (Yes, its a 686 not a 586)

Model 686 CS-1

N Frames

29-3 Classic Hunter

Model 29-5 Hill Country, five inch, unfluted cylinder

Model 610-2

A trio of 629's and fixed sight to boot.

Wow, just wow...!

With all those high-powered magnums above, I'm almost embarrassed to put this old pic up of some of my
revolvers chambered in the lowly S&W 38 Special cartridge. At least they have full lug barrels... :)

Hope this is all right... :D

Definitely some nice stuff here.

I hope to add a 60-4 and 29/629 hunter to my my accumulation. Oh, and a 696.

Nevermind. Keep the photos coming...:D

OK, I'll play. Here are a couple of full lug revolvers. The smaller one is a J frame stainless, a Model 60-4 "as issued" except for the smooth combats of a dark South Asian wood, perhaps a rosewood. The larger one is one I've shown many times before, a stainless K frame custom built in 327 Fed Mag. It too has a pair of dark wood stocks to complement the silvery stainless.
The folder is a cheap Chinese stainless knife but it was made on spec(?) to try and sell via S&W markets... faux S&W, but it follows the theme well.
