The first digit of the Special Order Number is the last digit of the year shipped. The following digits are the day of the year the gun shipped. The Model 29 Classic was produced from 1991 to 1994, so the first digit of your Special Order Number should be 1,2,3 or 4. Once you know the year it was shipped, you can look up the Julian Date for that year to determine the exact date shipped.
