Yeah don't buy from them. 100% scam!

I've never dealt with them before ...never even heard of them for that matter but out of curiosity I did check them out. It appears they do not accept payment by credit card only Venmo , Zelle or Apple Pay . Certainly something to be suspicious about I think .

Never heard of midwayprimers ?

MidwayUSA.com I've bought reloading supplies from for years and years. Larry Potterfield owner.

Bullets, brass, dies were most of my purchases until powder and primers dried up with all the fuss.

I've never had a single problem with them over dozens of orders.

Same here. They're quick. CS is not always great if you want to get stuff done over the phone, and prices are sometimes a bit high, but overall they put their money where their mouth is. And they're quick! ;)

MidwayPrimers and MidwayUSA are two different entities . I would assume that Midway Primers uses that name deliberately in order to fool people into thinking they are one and the same as MidwayUSA .
MidwayUSA is a reputable company ...Midwayprimers apparently not so much.
I've made purchases from MidwayUSA for many years and have always found them to be a pretty good company to deal with .

Right

I've ordered reloading/gunsmithing stuff from MidwayUSA.com since gosh probably early 90's.

I just assumed practically every reloader has heard of them.

After some research I found Venmo , Zelle or Apple Pay are legitimate payment methods. My bank offers Zelle. I believe they are cheaper to use than credit cards and not necessarily an indication of a scam vendor. But, I normally don't buy from a vendor that won't accept my credit/debit card. Easier for me to track and if it ain't good enough for a vendor, they ain't good enough for me/my business...

Big difference between Midwayusa.com and midwayprimers dot com. One is a trusted source and the other is a scam web site run by thieves.

I might be wrong, but I seem to recall that if you have a squabble with a vendor, unlike a with credit card transaction, the downside of Zelle and Venmo is that you have no recourse through either of them. You're on your own to get satisfaction with the vendor/scammer.

I automatically consider any online vendor that doesn't accept credit cards as scammers, and I won't do business with them no matter how good the deal seems.

Actually the too good to be true deal coupled with no credit cards is absolutely indication that you'll lose your money if you deal with them.

I wonder how people can be so dumb but those sites wouldn't be in business it they weren't able to reel in some suckers.

It's devious how a scammer site will have a name that's similar to a well known legitimate site, banking on folks confusing the two.

I have stopped dealing with Midway over their limits. 1 k with hazmat? I understand the reason of trying to spread them out to the masses, but that is just nonsense.

I ordered 5,000 federal spmp for less then 4 and a half Benjamin's today. Delivery and hazmat included. They are in stock often. I use the mag and standard primers interchangeably. Ymmv.

And yes the other site is a scam. I personally know 3 people that have lost money thinking they were getting a deal on primers.

IIRC, my bank would handle problems when paying with Zelle, but my credit cards are also coved so I'll wait a few years to determine if Zelle is worth my time...
